How long until my piece reaches me?
Every piece is prepared by hand at the studio before it leaves us. From confirmation to dispatch is usually two to three weeks for prints, longer for paintings and sculptures. Once it ships, the carrier takes it from there.
How will I know it has shipped?
You will receive an email the moment the status changes to Dispatched. The carrier and tracking number appear on this page.
Why does it look like nothing has changed?
The slowest stage is usually the studio itself, not the courier. Quiet does not mean still. The piece is being prepared by hand, and we will only move you forward when there is something honest to say.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes, until the order reaches Packaging. Reply to your confirmation email or write to sales@anthonyazekwoh.com with your order number and the new address.
It has been a while. Should I be worried?
No. If anything is delayed beyond what we promised, we email you first. If you have not heard from us and want a check, write to sales@anthonyazekwoh.com with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Returns?
Original works are final sale. For damaged shipments, photograph the parcel before opening and email us within seven days of delivery.
